Since I really value the collaboration with my partners, I am primarily active on vacancies that have been explicitly discussed and approved with the companies.

As a rule, I receive additional information about the current vacancies at my partner companies. I pass this on to interested parties during the interview in order to achieve the greatest possible match between candidate and vacancy.

I visit the companies at regular intervals to obtain further information about the philosophy and the local conditions.
